This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that corresponds with brand strategy and local customer requirements.
β’ Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions by leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction with customers.
β’ Complete mandatory training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Engage in ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the territory concerning CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving competencies.
β’ Determination and resilience, with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
β’ Access to a personal vehicle or company car or truck.
β’ A valid driver's license.
β’ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly by air or car for business purposes.
β’ Capability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and verification of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Bachelorβs degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies.
β’ Background in Account Management across any industry.
β’ Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy.
β’ Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in roles involving patient interactions or consulting for healthcare organizations.
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
β’ An MBA or another advanced degree is advantageous.
