This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Phoenix North region.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-oriented engagements by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Support brand objectives and business aims for CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
• Eagerness and capability to assume larger roles more quickly than peers.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to operate within a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience and determination with a proven record of success in demanding environments.
• Personal vehicle or access to a company car/truck.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screenings and fulfill safe driving criteria.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes by air or car.
• Fulfillment of healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Experience in oncology, particularly with hematologic malignancies (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience in account management (preferred).
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy (preferred).
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly in patient interactions or healthcare consulting (preferred).
• Leadership or people management experience (preferred).
• MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
