This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory
β’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer demands
β’ Establish trust-based relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account representatives
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure cohesive customer experiences
β’ Assess territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements
β’ Complete all necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills
β’ Support the brand's objectives and business goals related to CLL and NHL oncology products
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities
β’ Capacity to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting
β’ Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
β’ Tenacity and resilience with a proven track record of achievement in challenging situations
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck required
β’ Valid driver's license necessary
β’ Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards
β’ Willingness to travel for business by air or car
β’ Ability to satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, which may include background checks, drug screening, and proof of immunization/vaccination
β’ Experience in oncology preferred, particularly in hematologic malignancies
β’ Bachelor's degree preferred
β’ Experience in account management across various industries preferred
β’ Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, especially in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies preferred
β’ Experience in people management or leadership roles preferred
β’ MBA or other advanced degree preferred
