This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Engage customers in a compliant and focused manner by leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer interactions.
• Complete all necessary training and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, focusing on CLL and NHL oncology products.
• Expect to travel around 25% of the time.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Persistence and determination with a proven history of success in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug tests, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Regular business travel by air or car is expected.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in oncology, especially in hematologic malignancies, is desirable.
• Experience in account management is preferred.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy is a plus.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
• Leadership experience or people management skills are preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
