This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Develop and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions by leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Act as the strategic leader of the territory while promoting Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech sector.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is essential, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and determination with a history of success in challenging environments.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck availability.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel by air or car regularly.
• Capacity to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies, account management, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, direct patient engagement, or healthcare consulting, along with leadership or people management experience.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
