This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated Multiple Myeloma territory.
• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer needs.
• Establish trusted connections with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions supported by extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to create unified customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance by utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete the necessary AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is required; experience with Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
• Proven competitive selling abilities.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a history of success in challenging situations.
• Possession of a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.
• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies, account management, specialty pharmacy, healthcare, or consulting, as well as people management or leadership, is preferred.
• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
