This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Multiple Myeloma brand in the Wilmington, Delaware territory.
• Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and caters to local customer needs.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centered engagements by utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
• Complete all necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Required experience in oncology/hematology; experience in Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team atmosphere.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Tenacity and resilience with a proven success record in demanding environments.
• Access to a personal auto, company car, or truck.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
• Capacity to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Preferred experience in account management.
• Preferred experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare industry.
• Preferred experience in people management or leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
