
Clinical Account Executive – Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated Multiple Myeloma territory.
• Formulate and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Complete necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal protocols.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership capabilities.
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Required experience in oncology/hematology, preferably with a focus on Multiple Myeloma.
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
• Skills in strategic business planning and account management.
• Capacity to quickly learn and apply complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Resilience and determination with a solid history of success in challenging environments.
• Capability to drive a personal or company vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving criteria.
• Must satisfy healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
• Regular business travel by air or car is necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies is preferred.
• Account management experience in any sector is preferred.
• Specialty pharmacy experience is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or consulting healthcare companies, is preferred.
• People management or other leadership experience is preferred.
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
