This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement a detailed territory business strategy that corresponds with brand vision and local customer demands.

• Establish reliable relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and essential account stakeholders.

• Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements by leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide unified customer experiences.

• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

• Complete necessary AbbVie training and follow company policies along with OEC/Legal procedures.

• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

• Act as the strategic leader for the territory, promoting Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business aspirations.

• Travel frequently by air or car, with an estimated 25% travel requirement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.

• Required experience in oncology/hematology, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.

• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a history of success in challenging environments.

• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving criteria.

• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.

• Capability to meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Experience in account management across any industry.

• Background in specialty pharmacy.

• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies.

• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.

• MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred.
