
Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated Multiple Myeloma territory.
β’ Create and implement a detailed territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a coordinated customer experience.
β’ Analyze territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer engagements.
β’ Complete necessary training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Travel frequently by air or car, approximately 25% of the time.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharma/biotech.
β’ Experience in oncology/hematology is required; Multiple Myeloma experience is preferred.
β’ Proven competitive selling abilities.
β’ Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
β’ Tenacity and resilience with a solid track record in demanding environments.
β’ Personal vehicle or company car/truck required.
β’ Valid driver's license is necessary.
β’ Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
β’ Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing criteria, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Preferred background in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies, Account Management, Specialty Pharmacy, healthcare industry, patient-facing roles, or healthcare consulting, as well as people management/leadership experience.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
