This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Act as the strategic leader for AbbVie’s Multiple Myeloma brand in the Tucson, AZ territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements.
• Establish trusted partnerships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure coordinated customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Complete necessary AbbVie training and adhere to company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
• Travel regularly by air or car, with an expectation of 25% travel time.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Experience in oncology/hematology is required, with a preference for Multiple Myeloma expertise.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Tenacity and resilience with a proven history of success in challenging situations.
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck for transportation.
• Valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Account Management across any industry is preferred.
• Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Background in the healthcare industry, particularly with patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies, is preferred.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles is preferred.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
