
Clinical Account Executive, Multiple Myeloma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the Multiple Myeloma territory in Tucson, AZ.
β’ Create and implement a detailed business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Establish and nurture trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and essential account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centric interactions leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
β’ Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer engagements.
β’ Fulfill necessary training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal guidelines.
β’ Commit to ongoing development of clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Travel is expected to be approximately 25% of the time.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sector.
β’ Required experience in oncology/hematology; experience in Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
β’ Strong competitive selling abilities.

β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a history of achieving success in demanding environments.
β’ Access to a personal or company vehicle.
β’ Possession of a valid driver's license.
β’ Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and fulfill safe driving standards.
β’ Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
β’ Willingness to travel for business by air or car.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in account management is preferred.
β’ Experience in specialty pharmacy is preferred.
β’ Prior healthcare industry experience is preferred.
β’ People management or leadership experience is preferred.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
