This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
• Create and implement a thorough territory business plan that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer demands.
• Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to ensure unified customer experiences.
• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every customer interaction.
• Complete mandatory AbbVie training and follow company policies along with OEC/Legal procedures.
• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
• Promote Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals within Little Rock, Jackson, MS, and neighboring areas.
• Report to the Senior District Manager.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Required experience in oncology/hematology; experience in Multiple Myeloma is preferred.
• Strong competitive selling abilities.
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a history of success in difficult environments.
• Must have a personal vehicle or access to a company car/truck.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and comply with safe driving standards.
• Willingness to travel regularly by air or car.
• Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies is preferred.
• Experience in account management in any field.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy.
• Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in patient interactions or consulting for healthcare companies.
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles.
• An MBA or other advanced degree is advantageous.
