This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Act as the strategic leader for the Seattle South territory
• Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and meets local customer requirements
• Foster strong relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key stakeholders
• Conduct compliant, customer-centered interactions using extensive scientific and clinical knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide coordinated customer experiences
• Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution
• Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism during customer engagements
• Complete mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies and OEC/Legal procedures
• Continuously improve clinical, business, and leadership skills
• Promote the objectives and business goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands
• Report directly to the Senior District Manager
• Travel approximately 25% of the time
• Over 5 years of sales experience in the pharma/biotech, medical device, or diagnostics sectors
• Experience in oncology, preferably within hematologic malignancies
• Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership
• Strong competitive selling abilities
• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a strong history of success in challenging situations
• Personal vehicle or company car/truck
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards
• Compliance with healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, including potential background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination
• Regular business travel by air or car
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in account management across any industry
• Background in specialty pharmacy
• Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with patient interaction or consulting for healthcare companies
• Experience in people management or other leadership roles
• MBA or another advanced degree
