This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.

• Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.

• Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.

• Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.

• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a unified customer experience.

• Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.

• Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction with customers.

• Fulfill necessary training requirements and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.

• Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.

• Promote Imbruvica and Epkinly brand objectives and business aspirations.

• Report directly to the Senior District Manager.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.

• Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies.

• Strong competitive selling abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.

• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Determination and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging environments.

• Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.

• Valid driver's license is required.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.

• Fulfillment of healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.

• Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Preference for candidates with oncology, specialty, or other pharmaceutical experience.

• Account management experience in any field is preferred.

• Experience in specialty pharmacy is advantageous.

• Background in the healthcare industry is desirable.

• Leadership experience or people management is preferred.

• An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
