This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
⢠Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory.
⢠Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
⢠Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
⢠Provide compliant, customer-centric engagements utilizing extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure a unified customer experience.
⢠Assess territory performance through data analysis, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
⢠Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in every interaction with customers.
⢠Fulfill necessary training requirements and comply with company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
⢠Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
⢠Promote Imbruvica and Epkinly brand objectives and business aspirations.
⢠Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
⢠A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
⢠Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies.
⢠Strong competitive selling abilities.
⢠Capability to thrive in a highly collaborative team setting.
⢠Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
⢠Determination and resilience with a proven record of success in challenging environments.
⢠Access to a personal vehicle or company car/truck.
⢠Valid driver's license is required.
⢠Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
⢠Fulfillment of healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunization/vaccination.
⢠Willingness to travel for business by air or car regularly.
⢠Bachelorās degree is preferred.
⢠Preference for candidates with oncology, specialty, or other pharmaceutical experience.
⢠Account management experience in any field is preferred.
⢠Experience in specialty pharmacy is advantageous.
⢠Background in the healthcare industry is desirable.
⢠Leadership experience or people management is preferred.
⢠An MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
