This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory focusing on CLL and NHL Oncology Products.
β’ Create and implement a thorough business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer requirements.
β’ Establish trustworthy relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Provide compliant, customer-centered engagements leveraging extensive scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure synchronized customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance utilizing data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
β’ Complete mandatory AbbVie training and comply with company policies as well as OEC and legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Report directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Travel frequently by air or car, approximately 25% of the time.
β’ Operate within the Portland, Beaverton, Salem, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and surrounding areas.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Proven record of achieving outstanding sales results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
β’ Strong competitive selling capabilities.
β’ Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment.
β’ Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Demonstrated persistence and resilience with a strong success record in challenging environments.
β’ Valid driver's license and capability to meet safe driving standards.
β’ Willingness to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.
β’ Capability to operate a personal vehicle or company car or truck.
β’ Regular business travel by air or car is necessary.
β’ Ability to fulfill healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements, which may involve background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
β’ Experience in oncology, preferably with hematologic malignancies (preferred).
β’ Bachelor's degree (preferred).
β’ Account management experience in any field (preferred).
β’ Experience with specialty pharmacy (preferred).
β’ Background in the healthcare industry, particularly working with patients or consulting healthcare companies (preferred).
β’ Experience in people management or other leadership roles (preferred).
β’ MBA or another advanced degree (preferred).
