This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Act as the strategic leader for the designated territory, reporting directly to the Senior District Manager.
β’ Promote the objectives and business goals of the Imbruvica and Epkinly brands.
β’ Create and implement a comprehensive business plan for the territory that aligns with brand strategy and addresses local customer needs.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with hematologists, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, administrators, and key account stakeholders.
β’ Conduct compliant, customer-centric engagements by leveraging deep scientific and clinical knowledge.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to provide coordinated customer experiences.
β’ Assess territory performance using data, customer insights, and business analytics to enhance execution.
β’ Uphold integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all customer interactions.
β’ Complete all required AbbVie training and follow company policies as well as OEC/Legal procedures.
β’ Continuously enhance clinical, business, and leadership skills.
β’ Reside within the field-based territory, which includes Portland, Beaverton, Salem, Eugene, Bend, Medford, and nearby areas.
β’ Travel approximately 25% of the time.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
β’ Experience in oncology, particularly in hematologic malignancies, is preferred.
β’ Proven track record of achieving outstanding results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership.
β’ Strategic understanding of customer dynamics, key accounts, and market conditions.
β’ Ability to quickly grasp complex scientific, clinical, and business concepts.
β’ Capability to distill complex clinical and business ideas into clear, persuasive messages.

β’ Must meet healthcare industry representative credentialing standards, which may include background checks, drug screenings, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations.
β’ Regular business travel by air or car is necessary.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ Experience in oncology, specialty, or other pharmaceutical fields is desirable.
β’ Preferred account management experience in any sector.
β’ Prior experience in specialty pharmacy is a plus.
β’ Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous.
β’ Leadership or people management experience is favored.
β’ An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
