This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the technical expert on strategies for template design.

• Train departments, clinicians, and stakeholders on how to optimize provider and resource templates.

• Offer consultative assistance for the implementation and configuration of templates and decision trees.

• Facilitate online scheduling for patients.

• Collaborate with Contact Center Access Strategists, clinicians, IT, and stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement scheduling solutions.

• Utilize dashboards and various data sources to present recommendations aimed at improving access to care, enhancing provider productivity, and reducing waste.

• Establish guidelines for templates and decision tree frameworks that align with enterprise objectives.

• Instruct clinicians and stakeholders on guidelines and coach them in adopting best practices.

• Suggest interventions when established guidelines are not adhered to.

• Design and implement improvements based on scheduling utilization, provider performance, and pertinent reports.

• Assist in fulfilling business requirements for new Decision Tree implementations and online scheduling projects.

• Evaluate and prioritize new functionalities in collaboration with Access Center Strategists.

• Propose template strategies and processes that optimize provider utilization and minimize unused appointment slots.

• Develop and manage a decision tree roadmap to streamline visit types, reduce scheduling complexity, and cut maintenance costs.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.

• Four (4) years of experience in Epic scheduling and/or template management.

• Epic Cadence Certification must be obtained within two (2) years of hire.

• Proficient in reading and writing in the English language.

• Familiarity with Excel, Word, Visio, and other Microsoft applications.

• Strong skills in complex problem-solving and the ability to make independent decisions.

• Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Experience in a professional office setting and the capability to perform sedentary work.

• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
