Clinic Ops Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist with client assignments, transfers, referrals, and various administrative processes related to the clinic.

• Ensure the accuracy of client, staff, and operational data within internal systems and tracking tools.

• Follow up on outstanding requests and facilitate communication among clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.

• Aid in referral and client follow-up tasks, which include communication and documentation.

• Support transitions in caseloads, staff changes, and other operational updates.

• Assist with administrative workflows related to attendance and discharges.

• Identify any discrepancies or missing information and coordinate follow-ups with the relevant teams.

• Keep documentation organized and ensure timely updates of information.

• Provide administrative assistance for operational reports, audits, and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

• Engage in team meetings and aid in the execution of operational processes and updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in healthcare, behavioral health, clinic operations, scheduling, intake, referrals, care coordination, or a similar field.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• High level of attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.

• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets, databases, and electronic systems.

• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.

• Professional management of confidential and sensitive information.

• Skill in identifying issues, adhering to established processes, and seeking assistance when necessary.
