This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
β’ Create and implement strategic training programs and materials that enhance brand alignment, boost product adoption, and promote market share expansion.
β’ Conduct specialized training sessions for Third-Party Origination (TPO) clients, which includes onboarding welcome calls, product webinars, and systems training.
β’ Facilitate live training sessions on a regular basis, with volume adjusting according to business requirements and onboarding cycles.
β’ Partner with internal teams to develop and sustain resources related to products, systems, and operational processes.
β’ Diagnose and update resources as systems and processes evolve.
β’ Create instructional video content for products and systems in collaboration with the Marketing team.
β’ Design instructional documentation and quick-reference tools for self-directed learning.
β’ Ensure version control and accuracy across all learning resources.
β’ Monitor and evaluate training metrics and assess connections between training participation and subsequent outcomes.
β’ Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and executive stakeholders.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to identify ongoing training needs.
β’ Manage training administration tasks, including enrollment oversight, session scheduling, and attendance monitoring.
β’ Report to the Vice President, Head of Client Services & Account Management.
β’ At least five (5) years of prior experience as a trainer in the mortgage industry, focusing on structural design and live webinar training.
β’ Proven ability to manage multiple project timelines concurrently with meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Demonstrated experience in applying instructional design best practices and educational technologies to develop engaging learning materials via webinars, user guides, and job aids; e-learning experience is a plus.
β’ Established capability to analyze complex information and produce detailed, accurate instructional materials.
β’ Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
β’ Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of management.
β’ Proficiency in mortgage systems (e.g., LOS and POS), training platforms, and instructional design tools.
β’ Certification from talent and training or mortgage banking associations is a plus.
β’ A reliable, uninterrupted high-speed internet connection is essential for hybrid or remote positions.
