
Client Success Manager – Prescription Benefit Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Strategically collaborate with client success management, clinical, and data analytics teams to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary client contact via telephone and email to address ongoing inquiries and concerns.
• Work in partnership with account management, clinical, member care, business analyst, data analytics, and business development teams.
• Support the implementation of the client communication plan.
• Organize client review meetings, ensuring proper document preparation and reporting.
• Coordinate and engage in implementation calls, open enrollment events, vendor/benefit fairs, and various client meetings.
• Collaborate with the Client Success Executive on claims-data reporting and analysis to pinpoint drug trends, financial performance, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Utilize CRM and proprietary claims-adjudication software effectively.
• Modify plan parameters as instructed by the client or broker.
• Deliver reports to clients, brokers, and TPAs.
• Leverage expert knowledge of TrueScripts proprietary programs.
• Log, print, and dispatch ID cards as necessary.
• Ensure precise and thorough CRM data entry for new client enrollments.
• Create client support documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding processes involving the client, broker, TPA, and data vendor.
• Participate in introductory and enrollment meetings with employees.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Client Success Executive.
• Candidates must reside in the Western region of the United States.
• A college degree or relevant experience is preferred.
• Ability to engage with TrueScripts clients to provide effective solutions to challenges.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Products is essential.
• A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities according to business needs.
• Effective communication skills under pressure while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• Self-driven and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and willing to take on varying responsibilities as needed.
• Eagerness to learn about business processes specific to the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry.
• A valid and current driver’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, if necessary.
• Experience in client-facing presentations is preferred.
