This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Provide support for high-touch accounts in the legal, medical, and various other sectors and organizations.
• Oversee tasks associated with the pre-, post-, and ongoing implementation of the InReach platform.
• Ensure the success of clients' continuing education initiatives.
• Foster positive and meaningful relationships with clients by exhibiting integrity and establishing trust.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements related to increased efficiency, improved processes, and overall team success.
• Systematically document and track all client interactions.
• Deliver proactive services, solutions, and root cause analysis.
• Manage special projects as required.
• Identify and communicate potential threats, obligations, and opportunities to the Manager and Team.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to enhance and resolve bugs in the InReach platform.
• Drive revenue growth through organic expansion and Back to Base sales initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Client Success Management.
• Preferred 1 year of data entry experience.
• Preferred 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience in mentoring client service representatives or peers.
• Experience in managing personal and professional commitments, including overseeing break and lunch schedules.
• Proven ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills, along with clear and effective written and verbal communication and highly developed listening skills for clients and colleagues.
• Strong client-focused orientation and critical thinking abilities to independently resolve complex client concerns/issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proven ability to maintain patience, composure, and compassion to de-escalate challenging situations and resolve conflicts via email and phone.
• Demonstrated interpersonal savvy, capable of relating well with diverse individuals and working effectively with client administrators and all teams within the company.
• Understanding of the necessity of informing clients and colleagues about time-sensitive information.
• Proven ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify and propose ideas for improvements that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and contribute to overall team success.
• Ability to comprehend clients' business objectives and identify opportunities to create value through thoughtful recommendations.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with other team members.
• Exemplary attendance record.
• Must exhibit strong integrity and trustworthiness.
• Driven to exceed revenue targets and goals.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is preferred, but not mandatory.
