This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture robust client relationships, providing extensive support without any initially assigned clients, while acting as a primary point of contact.
• Assess client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to devise strategies that enhance engagement.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through multiple channels, including meetings and reports.
• Serve as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are addressed and challenges are proactively managed.
• Occasionally deliver “pitch” deck presentations to prospective clients.
• Assist the Client Development team with presentations and communications aimed at potential clients.
• Predict intervention requirements using data analysis and reporting.
• Handle administrative tasks by onboarding clients into the customer relationship management system (CRM), developing client profiles, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of CRM data.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and collaborative team atmosphere.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to enhance client satisfaction and promote business growth.
• Exceptional communication, business acumen, platform, and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to convert client needs into actionable strategies and solutions.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau, and Slack.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in the benefits and insurance sectors is preferred.
