This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with the Associate Principal or Senior Client Success Manager to utilize Account Management systems and dashboards for recognizing opportunities that influence team revenue objectives.
• Advise clients on the planning, execution, and evaluation of customized engagement strategies and tactics.
• Create and implement plans to meet or surpass revenue goals related to member engagement.
• Conduct client discovery sessions and establish expectations regarding engagement activities.
• Spearhead client engagement initiatives.
• Plan and execute onsite and virtual events with clients to enhance engagement.
• Work alongside Marketing to design events and experiences that stimulate account activations and user engagement.
• Assist with the onboarding of new accounts.
• Manage scheduled client interactions proactively.
• Utilize internal data sources to prepare materials for clients.
• Collaborate with various teams to address urgent client requests.
• Partner with Medical Group, Clinical Operations, Technology, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, and Product on engagement initiatives.
• Aid the Account Management team with internal projects and revenue reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must reside in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, marketing, and member experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience in consumer health technology is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate outcomes with clients.
• Proficiency in building relationships, partnerships, and business development both internally and externally.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and establish strong relationships.
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the capability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• May require prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required.
• Full range of body motion is necessary.
• Corrected vision, hearing, and speech must fall within normal ranges.
