This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with the Associate Principal or Senior Client Success Manager to utilize Account Management systems and dashboards for proactively identifying opportunities to enhance team revenue goals.
• Advise clients on the planning, execution, and analysis of customized engagement strategies and tactics.
• Create and implement a strategy to meet or surpass revenue targets linked to member engagement.
• Conduct client discovery and set expectations regarding engagement activities.
• Drive client engagement initiatives.
• Work with clients to design and implement both onsite and virtual events aimed at boosting engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create events and experiences that promote account activations and user engagement.
• Assist with the implementation of new accounts.
• Maintain a schedule of proactively arranged client interactions.
• Utilize internal data sources to prepare client-facing materials.
• Partner with the Associate Principal and Senior Client Success Manager to address urgent client requests across functions.
• Work closely with the Medical Group, Clinical Operations, Technology, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, and Product teams on engagement initiatives.
• Aid the Account Management team in overseeing internal projects and revenue reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Must reside in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, marketing, and member experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience in consumer health technology is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate achieving outcomes with clients.
• Proven ability to foster internal and external relationships, partnerships, and business development.
• Demonstrated capability to work cross-functionally and cultivate relationships.
• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
• May require prolonged standing, walking, and sitting.
• Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination are required.
• Full range of body motion is necessary.
• Requires corrected vision, hearing, and speech within normal limits.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with team members.
