This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Oversee assigned client accounts within a specified scope.
β’ Manage daily activities for assigned client accounts with growing independence.
β’ Engage with clients and autonomously handle and resolve escalated issues.
β’ Ensure prompt responses to both client and internal inquiries.
β’ Lead the designated Point-of-Delivery (POD) by organizing meetings and prioritizing weekly tasks.
β’ Collaborate with senior Client Success Executives to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and performance results.
β’ Analyze revenue cycle and operational data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Prepare for and actively participate in client meetings and performance evaluations.
β’ Work across departments to align internal teams with client objectives and expectations.
β’ Keep documentation of client strategies, risks, and action plans up to date.
β’ Take part in onboarding and implementation processes for new client projects.
β’ Expand knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle, compliance, and industry standards through training and practical experience.
β’ Travel as necessary to meet business needs and attend company meetings.
β’ Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
β’ Associate's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in a client-facing, account management, or healthcare-related position.
β’ Proven ability to analyze information and effectively communicate findings.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
β’ Eagerness and capability to learn about healthcare revenue cycle concepts, analytics, and industry practices.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools.
β’ Proficient in English for job-related communication.
β’ Candidates must reside in Illinois.
β’ Must have authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future.
