Client Success Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily operational support to clients and Client Success Managers.

• Cultivate positive working relationships with healthcare supplier partners.

• Assess placement opportunities.

• Advertise job requisitions.

• Facilitate profile screening and provide onboarding assistance.

• Generate and distribute activity and performance reports.

• Implement follow-up initiatives and ensure customer service excellence.

• Establish and nurture relationships with hiring managers in facilities as directed by the Client Success Manager.

• Achieve or surpass established role-related KPIs.

• Manage a desk of 150 TOA within a six-month period.

• Support the Implementations team with both new and existing account implementation tasks.

• Identify areas for program enhancements.

• Assist in the development and evaluation of periodic performance reports.

• Gain expertise in VMS technology for data management, client configurations, staffing processes, candidate onboarding, and customer support.

• Audit bookings to ensure accuracy.

• Maintain communication with supplier partners regarding open contracts, reasons for declines, and contract extensions.

• Provide timely and proactive follow-up to both internal and external clients.

• Manage, upload, and distribute facility onboarding documentation.

• Offer team coverage when necessary.

• Review and prescreen profiles for the accuracy of skill set, experience, references, and skills checklists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.

• Capability to work efficiently and accurately, both independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong time management abilities.

• Effective communication skills in writing, verbally, and interpersonally.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet usage.

• A suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with hospital systems, medical terminology, and/or healthcare services is preferred.

• Experience with vendor management systems (VMS) is preferred.
