This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver daily operational assistance to clients and Client Success Managers.
• Foster strong working relationships with healthcare supplier partners.
• Assess placement opportunities and post job requisitions.
• Conduct profile screening and provide onboarding support.
• Generate and share activity and performance reports.
• Implement follow-up initiatives and ensure excellent customer service.
• Cultivate relationships with hiring managers at various facilities.
• Achieve or surpass role-specific KPIs, including productivity, time to vet, submissions vetted, and offer-to-accept metrics.
• Oversee a desk of 150 TOA within a six-month period.
• Support the Implementations team with the tasks related to new or existing account setups.
• Recognize opportunities for program enhancements.
• Formulate and review periodic performance reports.
• Acquire knowledge of VMS technology for data management, client configurations, staffing processes, candidate onboarding, and customer support.
• Verify bookings for accuracy in technology or via contracts.
• Maintain communication with supplier partners regarding active contracts, reasons for declines, and contract extensions.
• Provide timely and proactive follow-up to both internal and external clients.
• Manage, upload, and disseminate facility onboarding documents.
• Offer team coverage as needed.
• Evaluate and prescreen profiles for skill set, experience, references, and skills checklist requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role.
• Capacity to work swiftly and accurately both independently and within a team in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Proficient in effective communication, both in writing and verbally, as well as interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) and the Internet.
• A suitable blend of education, training, and experience will be considered.
• Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Preferred: Familiarity with hospital systems, medical terminology, and/or healthcare services.
• Preferred: Knowledge of vendor management systems (VMS).
