This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Client Success Supervisors in overseeing a mix of standard and premium clients.
• Aid in client implementations, onboarding processes, and ongoing account management duties.
• Act as a secondary contact for client inquiries and operational issues.
• Coordinate internal resources and follow up on client requests.
• Monitor client health, identify potential risks, and support initiatives focused on client satisfaction and retention.
• Collect and document client requirements and business needs.
• Convert client requirements into procedures, support workflows, and operational instructions.
• Maintain documentation specific to clients, including policies, playbooks, and service guides.
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams such as Technology, Legal, Product, and Management.
• Assist with E-Verify compliance management, notifications, and client communication.
• Track compliance-related activities and escalate issues as necessary.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Support Quarterly Business Reviews, Monthly Client Reviews, Annual Business Reviews, and other client reporting activities.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing initiatives and document testing outcomes.
• Maintain and update user guides, training materials, and knowledge base content.
• Promote the adoption of new processes, products, and features.
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or professional certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the I-9 domain.
• Strong understanding of I-9 procedural requirements and client processes.
• A client service-oriented mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft’s suite, ServiceNow, GSuite, and similar tools.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading, drafting coherent text, and avoiding grammatical errors.
• Ability to foster a positive work atmosphere, collaborate effectively, and encourage teamwork.
• Successful completion of the Firm’s pre-employment screening process.
• Legal authorization to work in the location of the offered position.
