Client Success Account Manager – HCM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily services for a designated group of accounts under direct supervision.

• Provide account management and technical assistance for UKG products as well as the Centrally HR product.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients.

• Aid clients in navigating the system and resolving issues.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure client success and consistent service delivery.

• Provide timely solutions and maintain a customer-focused approach.

• Anticipate client needs and propose solutions, resources, and process enhancements.

• Diagnose complex system issues by collecting information, identifying trends, and formulating effective solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate client issues when necessary.

• Convey technical concepts clearly and professionally.

• Foster strong client relationships.

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and regular follow-ups.

• Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and improve client satisfaction.

• Conduct system audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

• Maintain the integrity and quality of software data.

• Juggle multiple priorities, deadlines, and client requests.

• Manage a high volume of client cases, emails, and phone communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry or a related field.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally.

• Required to obtain and retain necessary licenses/certifications as needed.

• Proficient in the relevant technology.

• Capability to work in a team setting as well as independently.

• Willingness to travel as per client and business requirements.

• At least 1-2 years of payroll experience.

• Experience with HRIS or Human Capital Management software is preferred.

• Familiarity with supporting HR, payroll, timekeeping, or business software systems is advantageous.

• Experience with UKG Ready Talent is a plus.

• Prior experience in a client service, account management, or system integration setting is desirable.
