This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +2 more countries.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of each client’s organization, workforce, strategic objectives, stakeholders, and commercial landscape.
• Recognize workforce mental health issues that Intellect can assist clients in addressing.
• Convert client priorities into actionable strategies, programs, account plans, and success metrics.
• Leverage data, market insights, and frontline feedback to pinpoint performance gaps and opportunities.
• Offer guidance to clients on program design, engagement, service delivery, and expansion.
• Manage significant client programs from problem identification and planning through to implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Structure complex challenges and transform analysis into decisions and action plans.
• Create practical solutions that balance client needs, clinical quality, operational feasibility, product capabilities, and commercial viability.
• Collaborate across clinical, operations, product, technology, data, marketing, finance, and commercial teams.
• Convert commitments into actionable plans with designated owners, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Identify delivery risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary.
• Transform successful methods into reusable frameworks and playbooks.
• Establish relationships with senior executives, HR and benefits leaders, operational stakeholders, and program owners.
• Lead business reviews and strategic discussions that result in decisions and future actions.
• Monitor program performance, adoption, outcomes, relationship strength, and commercial health.
• Formulate recovery plans for underperforming programs or at-risk relationships.
• Navigate challenging conversations, competing priorities, and escalations.
• Ensure clients comprehend Intellect’s value and the necessary actions from both organizations.
• Manage portfolio retention, renewal, and expansion.
• Develop renewal strategies that encompass value demonstration, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and commercial positioning.
• Identify opportunities for expansion across services, employee populations, markets, business units, and use cases.
• Create expansion propositions based on client needs, demonstrated value, and delivery capability.
• Lead or assist in proposals, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
• Maintain account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, renewal plans, and decision timelines.
• Remain accountable for achieving commercial outcomes.
• Approximately 4–8 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, strategy, transformation, enterprise client leadership, or another challenging client-facing or operational environment.
• Strong structured problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to provide clarity in complex, ambiguous, or rapidly changing situations.
• A strong desire to take direct responsibility for implementation, client outcomes, and commercial results.
• A commercial mindset and comfort with accountability for retention, renewals, expansion, and account growth.
• Ability to build credibility with senior external stakeholders while effectively collaborating with delivery teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently produce high-quality analyses, presentations, and written materials.
• Resilience under pressure and effectiveness in managing escalations, setbacks, demanding stakeholders, and competing priorities.
• Strategic judgment combined with a willingness to engage in operational details.
• Ability to influence across functions without relying on hierarchical structures.
• A natural sense of ownership and willingness to remain accountable when significant outcomes are at risk.
• Motivation for sustained ownership beyond short-term projects.
• Low-ego, adaptable, and capable of quickly learning a complex industry.
• Experience in healthcare, mental health, employee benefits, insurance, enterprise technology, or multi-market service delivery is beneficial but not required.
