Client Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist prospective clients in identifying the most suitable solutions for their research requirements.

• Engage with warm sales leads and promote company services via phone, video, and email.

• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients.

• Meet deadlines while achieving both individual and team sales targets.

• Participate in virtual company meetings.

• Provide support for team members when necessary.

• Manage leads during designated time-stamped incoming windows.

• Check voicemail and email daily to ensure consistent communication with leads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fully fluent in English.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within professional or consulting services.

• Experience in working with clients in the UK or internationally, with a willingness to adjust to their time zones.

• Background in telephone and video call sales, ideally in a non-scripted environment.

• Availability for part-time work with a highly flexible schedule.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.

• Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Proven track record of meeting key performance indicators, including sales targets.

• Capability to establish trust and credibility.

• A quiet workspace equipped with a computer, reliable internet, and minimal distractions.

• Interest in and preferably some knowledge of genealogy.

• Availability to align with UK time (GMT/BST), starting with daily team check-ins and assigned shifts from 8:30 AM UK time.

• Expected to check voicemail and email each business day.

• Participation in monthly department meetings and all-staff meetings is required.
