This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana, +3 more states.
• Oversee, maintain, and enhance a designated portfolio of key accounts.
• Optimize the use of the combined Labcorp Oncology and Invitae Hereditary Cancer (HerCan) testing offerings.
• Foster retention, boost share of wallet, and promote the adoption of integrated oncology and genetic testing solutions.
• Act as the primary commercial owner for assigned accounts, ensuring performance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
• Identify risks within accounts and address any performance deficiencies.
• Sustain and expand current revenue streams through effective account management.
• Promote upselling of the combined Oncology and HerCan offerings within existing accounts.
• Broaden hereditary cancer testing among suitable patient populations and healthcare providers.
• Enhance utilization of oncology diagnostics by pinpointing clinical and operational requirements.
• Strengthen penetration across service lines, departments, and care pathways.
• Formulate and implement account plans to maximize volume in oncology and hereditary cancer testing.
• Examine ordering patterns, provider behaviors, and utilization trends to uncover expansion opportunities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for health systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and practice administrators.
• Cultivate relationships across clinical and operational teams.
• Conduct business reviews centered on performance, utilization trends, and optimization of care delivery.
• Spearhead the implementation and expansion of oncology and hereditary cancer solutions within current accounts.
• Ensure seamless integration into clinical workflows.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve issues and enhance account performance.
• Promote appropriate testing utilization in line with clinical guidelines and patient demographics.
• Provide education to providers, data insights, and workflow alignment.
• Collaborate with Specialty Development Executives and the National Accounts team on opportunities for expansion and enterprise strategies.
• Execute locally to support overarching health system priorities.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare account management, client success, or inside sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in oncology, genetics, diagnostics, or laboratory services.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Established ability to retain and grow existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of hereditary cancer testing and oncology care workflows.
• Proven success in driving upsell and utilization within complex health systems.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Strategic account management with an emphasis on retention and growth.
• Comprehensive understanding of oncology and hereditary cancer testing portfolios.
• Capability to influence provider behavior and drive adoption.
• Strong collaboration across functions.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficient in executive presentation skills, presence, and business acumen.
