This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Take ownership of a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring accountability for both retention and growth.
• Identify risks associated with accounts, address performance deficiencies, and ensure account stability.
• Sustain and enhance revenue streams through effective account management and strategic upselling.
• Promote the adoption of hereditary cancer testing and boost the use of oncology diagnostics.
• Increase the share of volume across various service lines, departments, and care pathways.
• Create and implement account plans aimed at maximizing volume for oncology and hereditary cancer testing.
• Analyze ordering patterns, provider behaviors, and utilization trends to uncover opportunities for expansion.
• Act as the primary liaison for health systems, oncologists, surgeons, genetic counselors, and practice administrators.
• Foster relationships across clinical and operational teams.
• Conduct business reviews centered on performance, utilization trends, and optimization of care delivery.
• Spearhead the implementation and expansion of oncology and hereditary cancer solutions within existing accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges and enhance account performance.
• Reinforce the portfolio's value through provider education, data insights, and workflow alignment.
• Partner with Specialty Development Executives to facilitate expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate account strategies across various roles and work in conjunction with the National Accounts team on enterprise initiatives.
• Implement local strategies to drive the realization of broader health system objectives.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales support or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to retain and expand existing accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with hereditary cancer testing and oncology care workflows.
• Proven success in driving upsell and utilization within complex health systems.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into actionable insights.
• Strategic account management focused on retention and growth.
• In-depth understanding of oncology and hereditary cancer testing portfolios.
• Ability to influence provider behavior and encourage adoption.
• Strong collaboration skills across various functions.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Executive presentation skills, along with business acumen and presence.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience in oncology, genetics, diagnostics, or laboratory services is preferred.
