Client Solutions Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of customer implementations, starting from the initial welcome to go-live and transition to Support.

• Oversee multiple client projects from kickoff through to go-live and the subsequent handoff.

• Develop and sustain plans that outline the scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and associated risks.

• Keep projects on track through consistent follow-ups and proactive resolution of issues.

• Facilitate weekly client meetings while ensuring clear and professional communication.

• Comprehend client workflows, objectives, and requirements, and convert them into actionable strategies.

• Organize configuration, documentation, collaboration, testing, training, feedback, and preparations for go-live.

• Collaborate across Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, Development, and technical experts.

• Engage technical resources as necessary while maintaining overall responsibility for the client relationship.

• Assist in pre-sales discussions by scoping projects, estimating service needs, and offering implementation expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing software implementations, Professional Services projects, Project Management, or comparable client-facing technology initiatives.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Proactive approach with the capacity to follow up, identify issues early on, and take independent action.

• Excellent client communication, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

• Technical curiosity that enables independent troubleshooting of issues and learning complex software.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for research, information analysis, documentation, automation, and problem-solving.

• Experience with enterprise software or SaaS is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools is strongly preferred.

• SQL or data analysis experience is strongly preferred.
