Client Solutions Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Establish strong client relationships through client-oriented processes and solutions.

• Encourage product utilization and adoption while minimizing client cancellations.

• Implement product-driven workflows and facilitate seamless user onboarding.

• Collect product feedback and serve as an advocate for clients within Product Development.

• Comprehend clients’ business and investment processes to deliver solutions using FactSet products.

• Provide support for FactSet applications.

• Develop custom FactSet models, screens, and automated processes.

• Organize and conduct product training sessions at client locations and training seminars.

• Expand knowledge of financial markets while collaborating with various clients.

• Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech.

• Client-focused mindset.

• Willingness to collaborate across different teams.

• Experience or aspiration to engage with clients in a support capacity.

• Ability to quickly learn and utilize new technology.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to build relationships and work effectively in teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Bachelor’s Degree to be awarded by January 2027.
