Client Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a comprehensive strategy for infrastructure, security, and technology tailored to client needs.

• Act as the main technical consultant for client environments.

• Initiate and lead a structured mentorship program for Client Solutions Architects.

• Develop personalized development plans and hold mentorship sessions bi-weekly at a minimum.

• Provide guidance to architects on cloud architecture, security frameworks, emerging technologies, solution design, and architectural patterns.

• Facilitate technical workshops and sessions for knowledge sharing.

• Evaluate solution designs, technical proposals, and presentations for clients.

• Coordinate and lead infrastructure team activities across various technical domains.

• Formulate best practices for infrastructure, security architecture, and technology roadmaps.

• Keep abreast of clients’ objectives, technical challenges, business goals, and critical infrastructure.

• Identify and address technology and security risks.

• Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps.

• Act as a point of escalation for intricate technical issues and client inquiries.

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships while participating in client meetings.

• Work in collaboration with Client Success Managers, the Project Management Office, and service delivery teams.

• Assist in client renewal and expansion initiatives.

• Complete 3–5 major strategic technology projects each quarter.

• Achieve over 85% completion of planned roadmap milestones.

• Introduce 2 or more technology solutions or optimizations per client on an annual basis.

• Conduct technology assessments for all new client onboardings within 45 days.

• Resolve more than 90% of potential technology risks prior to impacting clients.

• Travel occasionally for face-to-face meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of progressive experience in IT.

• At least 3 years in roles involving direct client interaction.

• Minimum of 5 years in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments.

• Possession of current certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS, and CISSP.

• Expert-level knowledge in cloud architecture.

• Proficient in security frameworks such as NIST and CMMC 2.0.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies.

• Strong relationship management skills at the C-level.

• Ability to convert business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
