Client Services Specialist – Investments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Process client contributions and redemptions for existing accounts.

• Oversee modifications to recurring contributions and redemptions (PAC/AWD adjustments).

• Update beneficiary details and maintain Know Your Client (KYC) records.

• Provide account statements and assist clients with basic inquiries.

• Collaborate with associates to prepare tax documentation for non-registered, corporate, and income accounts.

• Liaise with Quadrus and other fund company back offices to clarify and complete processes.

• Organize files and ensure all documents are correctly categorized within the filing system.

• Support associates in setting up new investment accounts and tracking asset transfers.

• Reach out to prospects to collect necessary information for new opportunities.

• Properly store prospect documents in the file system.

• Experience in investment processing.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

• Previous experience in office administration is considered an advantage.
