Client Services Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for integrated client programs encompassing Media, Medical, Integrated Communications, Social, Analytics, CRM, and Strategy teams.

• Oversee timelines, trackers, project plans, and client deliverables.

• Assist with the preparation of meetings, documentation, action items, and follow-ups.

• Facilitate project execution across omnichannel and customer engagement initiatives.

• Manage project documentation and workflow systems effectively.

• Aid in quality control and delivery processes.

• Acquire knowledge about client businesses, brands, therapeutic areas, and customer journeys.

• Promote internal collaboration and cross-functional coordination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• 0-2 years of experience in agency, client service, marketing, communications, or project coordination.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools.

• Interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, or customer engagement.

• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
