Client Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance relationships with clients, carriers, producers, and internal stakeholders.

• Oversee policy modifications, endorsements, billing queries, and service-related requests.

• Examine policy documentation and coverage modifications to meet carrier requirements, agency protocols, and compliance standards.

• Manage the onboarding of new business from sales to continuous account service.

• Identify coverage gaps, opportunities for account rounding, and additional client requirements.

• Facilitate communication between clients, carriers, and internal teams to address and resolve issues.

• Assist with remarketing initiatives and oversee account servicing throughout the policy lifecycle.

• Ensure accurate documentation, account records, and system updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, insurance servicing, or a similar client-facing role.

• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty Insurance License or Florida 20-44 Personal Lines Insurance License.

• Strong understanding of personal lines insurance products, coverage concepts, underwriting principles, and client service practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

• Capability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships while providing a high level of service.

• Proficient in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and business technology tools.
