Client Services Partner, Fixed-Term – 6 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for patients receiving membership tiered scans, from the scheduling phase through to follow-up.

• Oversee post-scheduling processes in collaboration with sales and clinical teams.

• Arrange home lab draws with external providers and ensure timely processing of results for consultations.

• Distribute supplementary reports, such as body composition analysis, advanced heart health assessments, and brain volume quantification.

• Track patient progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues that arise.

• Manage applications for the Provider Education Program and assist participants throughout the process.

• Organize scans and follow-up consultations for physician participants.

• Maintain the database for physician education program applicants, including milestones and feedback.

• Serve as a liaison among patients, sales, and clinical teams.

• Provide patients with updates and support regarding preparation instructions, lab draws, and follow-ups.

• Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient and physician satisfaction.

• Uphold confidentiality and compliance while handling patient and physician information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles, ideally within imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with a focus on patient-centric service.

• Experience collaborating with sales and physician relations teams is advantageous.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and medical record systems.

• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate patient and physician needs.

• Willingness to adapt to changing responsibilities.

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.
