πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Act as the main contact for patients receiving membership tiered scans, from the scheduling phase through to follow-up.

β€’ Oversee post-scheduling processes in collaboration with sales and clinical teams.

β€’ Arrange home lab draws with external providers and ensure timely processing of results for consultations.

β€’ Distribute supplementary reports, such as body composition analysis, advanced heart health assessments, and brain volume quantification.

β€’ Track patient progress and proactively resolve any delays or issues that arise.

β€’ Manage applications for the Provider Education Program and assist participants throughout the process.

β€’ Organize scans and follow-up consultations for physician participants.

β€’ Maintain the database for physician education program applicants, including milestones and feedback.

β€’ Serve as a liaison among patients, sales, and clinical teams.

β€’ Provide patients with updates and support regarding preparation instructions, lab draws, and follow-ups.

β€’ Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance patient and physician satisfaction.

β€’ Uphold confidentiality and compliance while handling patient and physician information.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Background in patient coordination, healthcare operations, or clinical support roles, ideally within imaging, concierge medicine, or specialty healthcare.

β€’ Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

β€’ Exceptional communication and relationship management skills with a focus on patient-centric service.

β€’ Experience collaborating with sales and physician relations teams is advantageous.

β€’ Proficiency in CRM systems, scheduling tools, and medical record systems.

β€’ Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to anticipate patient and physician needs.

β€’ Willingness to adapt to changing responsibilities.

β€’ Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

β€’ Must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa, either currently or in the future.

β€’ Successful applicants will be required to undergo a background check.
