This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate, nurture, and establish relationships with new clients while enhancing market presence among existing clients to boost revenue and outcomes.
• Negotiate, draft, and finalize staffing agreements and contracts.
• Formulate marketing, account management, and sales strategies for the staffing sector.
• Monitor Client Expert Opinion Scores and meet targets for filled days, fill rate, and contract fulfillment.
• Maintain client data and follow up to address client needs effectively.
• Assist with client credentialing and reference processes.
• Address client requests, resolve issues, and provide after-hours/on-call assistance.
• Coordinate the transition of new clients and their requirements to recruitment/staffing team members.
• Communicate regarding talent assignment extensions and completed assignments.
• Employ the sales process to address recruit and client objections or complaints.
• Initiate recruiting activities to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain, manage, and submit weekly activity reports.
• Support clients with Quality Assurance functions related to providers.
• Aid in aging and Accounts Receivable follow-ups.
• Travel by car or plane as necessary to cover the territory.
• Identify new RFP and/or MSP opportunities and develop direct business lines.
• Present Supplemental Health Care services to prospective clients.
• Assist with payroll processing by gathering and submitting weekly field talent timesheets.
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure talent is compliant and cleared to start, and that internal client documents are up to date.
• Foster an environment of high morale, motivation, and teamwork.
• Carry out other assigned duties.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience is required.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Additional healthcare staffing experience is necessary for a Senior level position.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Proficiency in computers and software systems, including Microsoft Office and the Internet.
• Experience with internet job boards and online recruiting is preferred.
• Basic understanding of business and management principles related to recruiting, staffing, production methods, human resources, or similar relevant experience.
• Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling, and composition rules.
• Knowledge of principles and methods for marketing recruiting services, including strategies, sales techniques, and management systems.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret production reports.
• Capability to market effectively and create new business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Competence in organizing and completing work promptly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
• Ability to sit, type, and utilize the phone and computer for extended periods.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must successfully complete onboarding training/tutorials and attend future webcasts/trainings as required.
