Client Services Account Manager, Payer Healthcare Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily health plan relationships, program commitments, and client communications.

• Facilitate onboarding and continuous delivery in collaboration with clinical, outreach, scheduling, operations, and data teams.

• Track service levels, volumes, quality, and deadlines.

• Address issues proactively to prevent client escalations.

• Conduct business reviews that include performance insights, action plans, and follow-through accountability.

• Ensure alignment between client expectations, internal priorities, and contractual obligations.

• Align payer priorities with operational execution.

• Transform performance data and client feedback into actionable strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience in healthcare account management, client services, or program operations, preferably five or more years.

• Direct involvement with Medicare or Medicaid programs.

• Practical knowledge of risk adjustment, HEDIS/quality improvement, care-gap closure, or similar value-based care initiatives.

• Strong ability to follow through across multiple workstreams.

• Confidence in translating reports into client-facing recommendations.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good judgment regarding sensitive health information.

• Proficiency in Excel or similar reporting tools.

• Experience with in-home, mobile, or virtual assessment programs is advantageous.
