Client Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Initiate outbound communications through calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients

• Promptly address inbound inquiries and assist clients with their initial questions

• Engage in discussions to identify client needs and objectives

• Clearly articulate service offerings and suggest appropriate next steps

• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the relevant team members

• Document interactions and maintain precise notes within the CRM system

• Well-organized and comfortable operating in a remote work environment

• A people-centric approach with excellent listening and follow-up abilities

• Previous experience in sales, appointment scheduling, or a client-facing role is advantageous
