Client Relations Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for client billing teams.

• Foster relationships and address payment and claims concerns.

• Analyze revenue cycle metrics and collaborate with both internal and external billing partners to enhance process improvement initiatives.

• Oversee and coordinate special projects, meetings, and cross-functional efforts aimed at boosting revenue cycle performance.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to guarantee compliance with state and federal billing regulations.

• Simultaneously manage multiple client relationships.

• Handle escalated billing and patient inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in Business Administration or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle management experience in a high-volume setting is preferred.

• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and CPT/ICD coding.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and presentation capabilities.

• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills in process improvement.

• Participation in E-Verify.
