Client Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the change roadmap for client planning and delivery teams implementing data-driven forecasting.

• Guide client adoption from the initial onboarding phase to integrating nPlan into everyday decision-making processes.

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

• Ensure clarity, maintain momentum, and achieve client satisfaction.

• Comprehend customer goals and guarantee that nPlan meets those objectives.

• Collaborate internally to address issues and enhance outcomes.

• Identify chances to strengthen client relationships and broaden the use of nPlan.

• Establish and sustain trusted relationships within client organizations.

• Ensure alignment and support for change at every organizational level.

• Travel occasionally within North America, approximately 3–5 times per year.

• Engage in limited international travel for client or team meetings, approximately 1–2 times per year.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in leading change management or process transformation for major capital projects.

• Experience in integrating new technology or innovative work methods within a large, multi-stakeholder organization is highly desirable.

• A minimum of 3 years in construction technology or a related field may be relevant.

• Strong understanding of planning and risk management principles.

• Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging stakeholders at all levels, from planning teams to senior executives.

• Proven track record in leading process and behavioral change initiatives, especially where technology was a key component.

• A customer-centric mindset paired with commercial awareness.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills.

• Outstanding organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple client engagements.
