Client Presentation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop clear and engaging presentation materials for members of workplace schemes.

• Conduct webinars, benefit fairs, and presentations aimed at employee engagement.

• Engage with clients and client directors to comprehend their requirements and agree on content needs.

• Oversee the planning, logistics, content preparation, and follow-up activities for webinars.

• Manage timelines, stakeholder communications, and delivery expectations across various sessions.

• Simplify pensions and financial wellbeing information into accessible, member-friendly content.

• Collaborate with Customer Engagement, content, copy, and creative teams to create high-quality materials.

• Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines, Consumer Duty principles, and tone of voice standards.

• Travel regularly throughout the UK for in-person presentations and client/member events, typically about once a week on average.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience presenting to diverse audiences, preferably through webinars, events, or client/member-facing sessions.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and building engaging presentations.

• Ability to design clear and visually appealing presentation decks.

• Comfortable working with clients, senior stakeholders, or internal partners.

• Strong organizational skills and experience managing timelines, logistics, and multiple deliverables.

• Capacity to articulate complex information in a simple, practical, and audience-friendly manner.

• Familiarity with pensions, financial wellbeing, or workplace savings is advantageous.

• Background in financial services, professional services, employee benefits, or a similar client-facing environment is beneficial.

• Openness to travel across the UK for in-person member and client activities.

• A valid UK driving license.
