
Client Performance Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Coordinate and finalize ongoing client reports, encompassing acknowledgment, closure, reconciliation, and ad hoc requests.
• Prepare, validate, and disseminate spreadsheets and supporting documents for clients.
• Maintain reporting timelines and ensure prompt fulfillment of client obligations.
• Assist with month-end reporting tasks and data validation.
• Create and update payer escalation and rebill tracking spreadsheets as necessary.
• Review client systems to confirm the completion of requested actions and direct accounts for follow-up.
• Support payment reviews and reconciliation efforts.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Success, Revenue Cycle teams, and other departments.
• Monitor incoming client requests and guarantee timely completion and communication.
• Aid in onboarding processes, new business templates, client note updates, and documentation revisions.
• Keep current information and resources updated within internal knowledge management platforms.
• Identify areas for enhancement in reporting processes, workflows, and client deliverables.
• Analyze trends and recurring client challenges to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that deliverables meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards.
• Generate professional, precise, and client-ready outputs.
• Engage in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, client services, operations support, or a related field.
• Experience in supporting reporting, client deliverables, or operational workflows.
• Background working in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data reporting tools.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and facilitate the execution of client deliverables.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and confidentiality requirements.
