This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary onshore contact and strategic link between senior client representatives, internal stakeholders, and functional teams.
• Manage assigned accounts throughout the entire transformation lifecycle while nurturing relationships with VP- and C-level clients.
• Supervise intricate onboarding processes and work transitions to technology-enabled service offerings, ensuring timely implementation.
• Conduct Executive Business Reviews and account health evaluations.
• Create client-facing reports and track internal key performance metrics.
• Oversee service delivery performance across strategic accounts, including SLAs, KPIs, and both contractual and operational commitments.
• Initiate and manage technology enablement projects alongside service delivery teams, technology partners, and client contacts.
• Outline project scope, methodology, and execution strategies.
• Cultivate executive-level and senior stakeholder relationships, positioning ReSource Pro as a trusted advisor.
• Recognize signals for account expansion and collaborate with Sales and Account Management on proposals, opportunities, and cross-tower growth initiatives.
• Maintain account records in Salesforce and oversee the account health documentation.
• Lead and guide a cross-functional Pod team consisting of 10–30 members.
• A bachelor's degree is required; a preference for Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in client success management for large, complex accounts and deals.
• More than 10 years in a P&C insurance, BPO, or professional services setting.
• At least 10 years of experience applying project or program management methodologies in a client-facing delivery environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder relationships at the Director-to-VP level.
• Strong operational fluency and comprehension of the workings of insurance carriers, brokers, and MGAs.
• Insurance designations are preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% domestically and internationally.
• Candidates must be residents of the United States.
