This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive strategy, overall health, and performance of a designated group of strategic accounts.

• Cultivate trustworthy relationships with executive sponsors, economic buyers, technical stakeholders, and key influencers.

• Formulate and sustain strategic account plans that align with clients’ business, cybersecurity, and compliance requirements.

• Direct account planning sessions, client business reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

• Take ownership of renewal strategies and support timely commercial decisions.

• Recognize and pursue expansion opportunities across various buying centers, service lines, and client needs.

• Collaborate with Account Executives on strategies for expansion, qualification, solution development, and commercial alignment.

• Maintain responsibility for revenue growth, retention, margin, pipeline contribution, and delivery economics.

• Make decisions at the account level regarding resources, staffing, scope, pricing, credits, and service recovery.

• Ensure executive visibility into delivery health and intervene as necessary when risks arise.

• Lead and resolve escalations related to clients, delivery, commercial issues, and relationships.

• Coordinate efforts with project managers, delivery leaders, solution teams, service lines, finance, and sales.

• Engage in technical discovery, solution shaping, and scoping discussions.

• Assess engagement plans, milestones, staffing, dependencies, timelines, budgets, profitability, utilization, quality, and deliverables.

• Evaluate client-facing assessment plans, technical reports, findings, recommendations, and communications.

• Facilitate client interviews, technical working sessions, status calls, and business reviews.

• Monitor and resolve client inquiries, evidence requests, findings, action items, and changes in scope.

• Assist with engagement onboarding, transitions, and closeouts.

• Mentor consultants, managers, and account team members in client communication, audit and assessment methodologies, technical reviews, writing, and quality standards.

• Develop client-specific operational practices to enhance service quality and client experience.

• Guide, mentor, and nurture account team members and managers.

• Remain informed on cybersecurity, technology, industry, and competitive trends.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing strategic client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability to connect client needs with account strategy, retention, revenue growth, and long-term value.

• Strong commercial acumen, including insights into renewals, account economics, margins, pipeline, pricing considerations, and prioritization of competing interests.

• Capability to comprehend a client’s business and translate cybersecurity, technology, and delivery considerations into tangible business outcomes.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, audit and assessment methodologies, technical reviews, and professional services delivery.

• Proficient in evaluating technical work for quality, risk, feasibility, scope, and client impact.

• Experience in reviewing intricate technical deliverables, reports, findings, and recommendations.

• Background in collaborating across sales, delivery, solutioning, finance, and executive leadership in a complex, matrixed setting.

• Strong executive presence and effective communication skills.

• Good judgment in handling escalations and service recovery situations.

• Collaborative and enterprise-minded leadership approach.

• Experience in leading, coaching, or developing teams and fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Adaptable, curious, and confident in navigating across sales, delivery, and account management domains.

• Dedication to continuous learning and a solid understanding of relevant cybersecurity practices, services, and industry trends.
